These terms outline the contractual agreement for the hire and use of Sapbinhire bins and services. By placing an order, customers agree to the following:
- Service Delivery: Bins will be delivered to your specified location within 3 hours on the same day when available. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, and Sapbinhire will notify customers in advance.
- Hire Period: Standard hire covers up to 7 days from delivery. If you need an extension, please contact us before the hire ends to arrange additional time and pricing.
- Permitted Waste: Only the types of waste specified for the bin you hire are allowed. Prohibited wastes include but are not limited to hazardous chemicals, asbestos, treated timber, liquids, tyres, and food or medical waste.
- Customer Responsibilities: Customers must ensure correct waste segregation, proper bin placement where access is safe and legal, and agree not to move the bin without Sapbinhire’s consent. Overfilled bins or unsafe access may result in non-collection or extra fees.
- Pricing and Payment: Full pricing details and quotes are provided upfront. Payment is expected before or upon delivery. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur fees.
- Cancellations and Changes: Customers must notify Sapbinhire of changes or cancellations at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery to avoid charged penalties.
- Privacy and Data Protection: All customer data is handled in line with privacy legislation and used only to facilitate service delivery.
